Instruction For Application

The following documents are required:

(a) Only (10+2) marksheet softcopy in PDF format not exceeding 250KB to be uploaded in online application along with softcopy of (i) Photograph & (ii) Signature, both in JPG/JPEG format not exceeding 100KB.

(b) List of self-attested copies of documents to be submitted along with duly signed printed completed application form at the time of document verification:

1. Birth Certificate/Class X or Equivalent Admit Card
2. Aadhar Card/Passport
3. Class X or Equivalent Marksheet
4. Class X or Equivalent Pass Certificate
5. Class XII or Equivalent Marksheet
6. Class XII or Equivalent Pass Certificate
7. Blood Group Certificate
8. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
9. Sports Certificate (if applicable)
10. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
11. Copy of online admission fee/Bank challan acknowledgement receipt (containing the UTI Number and amount paid with application ID and Name of Applicant)
12. After submission of application, take print out of the downloaded form for future correspondence

    Others – Rs. 3950/-
